Meringues

Ingredients:
- Sugar ( three times as many as the amount of egg whites you will use.)
- Egg whites

 

1. Separate the egg whites from the yolk and heat the egg whites until the eggs form a string.

 

2. Mix the egg whites and the sugar until cooled and thickened. 
3. Place the mixture, in circles, in a baking tin and take to the oven.
4. Enjoy!!!
