Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
- 45g of sugar
- 45g of brown sugar
- 30g of butter
- 30g of vegetable fat
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence 
- 1/2 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 135g of flour
- 1 chocolate bar
1. In a bowl mix the two types of sugars, the butter, the vegetable fat, the egg, and the vanilla essence.
 
2. Mix until a cream is formed.
 
3. Then add the flour, the sodium bicarbonate, and the salt.
4. Chop the chocolate bar and add to the bowl.
5. Mix.
6. Use a tablespoon to measure the quantity of dough. For easier handling, put flour on your hands. Place the cookies in a ungreased baking tin.
7. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes in pre-heated oven at 180°C.
