No- Flour Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 6 tablespoons of chocolate powder
- 6 tablespoons of sugar
- 100g of grated coconut
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 100g of butter


1. Add the eggs, the chocolate powder, the sugar, the grated coconut and the butter.

2. Mix using a blender until the batter is smooth. Add the baking powder and mix a little more.

3. Preheat oven at 180° C. Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking tin. Bake for 40 minutes.

Topping Ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons of chocolate powder
- 6 tablespoons of sugar
- 200g of milk cream
- 100g of butter


4. Stir all in a pan on low heat. Wait until the topping thickens.
5. Spread over the warm cake. If you wish, cover with sprinkles.
